Winner of the 2020 Global Media Competition on Labour Migration and Fair Recruitment

In La Plaza de Nacionales, H2A workers wait for hours after checking out of hotels, hostels and boarding houses in Monterrey to board buses north. Honored to have my on-going work on on labor migration recognized by the International Labour Organization and support for a project that investigates complex fraud schemes using social media to lure migrants into fake jobs in the United States.
